Innova Dog Food - One of the Better Premium Dog Food
Brands
Before I switched my dogs to raw food I used to buy Innova dog food for them. And before that I used to use Pro Plan,
Nutro, and some other cheapo feed store brands, but this was years ago when I didn't know any better.
Once I started doing research and understanding what goes into the cheap brands of dog food it became apparent
that I needed to buy something better for my "furkids." I think I fed Innova for about a year, maybe longer, and my
dogs did just fine on it. I used to buy it at a little pet shop over in Mount Dora, Florida. The people there are
so nice. I actually haven't been by there in years.
I have not heard anything about Natura, the makers of Innova, having any problems with any recalls or anything
like that, which is great. The ingredients themselves are very good, and they bill themselves as a holistic dog
food. The food is made from natural ingredients.
Innova makes quite a few different products including adult dry food large bites, adult dry food small bites,
adult canned food, dry dog food red meat large bites and small bites, low fat dry, low fat canned, senior, senior
plus, puppy, large breed, and a variety of other canned foods including chicken and brown rice stew and beef and
barley stew, They also make treats too.
The ingredients look excellent and contain such things as turkey, chicken, chicken meal, barley, brown rice,
potatoes, chicken fat, flax seed, herring, apples, carrots, pumpkin, egg, sunflower oil, and sea salt among
others.
If you are interested in Innova dog food and have a question, you can go to their website and
either email them, call, or contact them online to get an answer. You will also be able to find quite a few
testimonials on the site about Innova.
I never had any problems with this food, and if I were still feeding kibble it would be on my short list of
premium dog foods to consider, without a doubt.
